Appointment Terms & Policies
*Please read below information carefully*
Classy Claws is located at 1592 E Hastings st, Vancouver in the vibrant Strathcona area. Ensure ample prep time for a comfortable experience; we recommend 5-10 minutes arrival prior to the scheduled appointment.
PLEASE COME WITH BARE NAILS if you are a new client (unless you’ve booked a removal service) as we prefer not to fill other salons work.
To schedule an appointment, use our Online Booking system where you can also find service details. We recommend booking in advance especially for special events. We require your name, phone number and email address upon booking as appointments are confirmed, managed and reminders sent via email or text message the day before the appointment.
NAIL ART IS NOT INCLUDED IN SERVICE PRICE.
Your credit card is required to book an appointment using our online booking system – no worries, it is not charged at the time of booking. For payment, we accept cash, debit or credit card.
We have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, fail to make it to your appointment (No-Show) or arrive past our 10/15 minute grace period the full 100% service fee booked will be charged. Your invoice will show a $10 processing fee; This is an inflation fee.
